The weather in St Petersburg is typical of that in Central Florida with the summers a little cooler and the winters a little warmer due to its proximity to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
St Pete is a great place to work or raise a family. The economy is strong. The schools are very good and there are plenty of recreational facilities, including the beaches of the area.
Located in Pinellas County, the main roads running through St Petersburg are: I-275 running from the northeast to the south and US Hwy 19 running from the north to the south.
