Like much of Pasco County this business activity is only a small percentage of what you will find in Wesley Chapel. Most of the real estate is rural and much of it is single family dwellings.
Wesley Chapel weather is similar to that of the rest of Central Florida, hot humid summers and mild winters. The schools are high caliber and there are a few recreational areas available.
The Tampa Metro area is just 30 minutes away from Wesley Chapel, traveling South on I-75 or I-275 which breaks off from I-75 just a few miles South of the area.
